Somewhere Over the Rainbow
A mysterious prismatic storm has descended upon the coastal village of Harbordeep, freezing citizens in place like statues and wrapping the town in swirling bands of colored light. Merlin, traveling through the region, arrives to find the village paralyzed and a strange crystalline tower rising from the harbor where none stood before. The local magistrate's daughter was last seen running toward the tower before the storm intensified.
